For a nickel-steel composite plate manufacturing machine that the company developed recently, the base material is Q345R. Since the working medium is highly hazardous, the machine requires stress-relief heat treatment; however, there is a C276 component inside that needs to be welded to the base material. I would like to ask everyone: after stress-relief heat treatment, when welding the C276 components to the base layer of the tower, is additional local heat treatment required after welding?
I have a humble question: could you consider adding a pre-welded part?

Why does the inner component need to be welded to the base layer? Worried about insufficient bonding strength between the overlay and the base layer? If the inner component is to be welded to the base layer of the tower, since the welding heat impact is minimal, no heat treatment is required; furthermore, stainless steel is clad on top after welding to the base layer, which can also be considered a form of local heat treatment.
After discussing this with the supervisor, we will first weld a transition layer in the area where the C276 components are to be installed; after performing overall stress-relief heat treatment, we will then weld the C276 components on top of that transition layer
