I would like to ask: for a batch of food processing equipment, the customer requires that all raw materials undergo heavy metal migration tests. In that case, should I purchase food-grade steel plates or ordinary steel plates to conduct the heavy metal migration tests myself? Can I ask the supplier to carry out these heavy metal migration tests before making the purchase? Will ordinary steel plate heavy metal migration tests pass? Also, how should one proceed with taking over forgings and the like? Should food-grade products be purchased, or should ordinary ones be bought and used instead? Thank you first.
