Standard ear-type supports are used, with no additional loads; the calculation sheet will display a message indicating \"Invalid floating point operation\". The same message appears even when inputs such as eccentric loads are provided; calculating the cylinder and the head separately works normally.
I’ve also been using SW6 to calculate ear positions these days, and I haven’t encountered such a problem. Please send over the calculation file so that others can give it a try

I checked your documents and found that the problem lies in the \"Main Design Parameters\" interface. If you select \"Hydraulic\" as the pressure testing type, there will be no issues; but if you choose \"Pneumatic\", the supports cannot be calculated. It’s quite strange – could it be a BUG in SW6?
Thank you so much, genius! That’s amazing. Our process has always been pressure testing; we have never considered hydraulic testing. Then I can remove the hydraulic test calculation results from the calculation sheet, right?
Well, it’s only recently that this module became available, so it’s not necessary to use SW6 for the calculations of supports
Using the 4.0 web version is also not counted. It has been reported to the Technical Center station.
