LANSI Heavy Equipment has completed the construction of the reactors for Ningbo Jinhai Chenguang’s chemical hydrogenation resin project and wax oil hydrogenation project

Recently, the high-pressure separation tank, the first-stage hydrogenation reactor, the second-stage hydrogenation reactor for the hydrogenation resin project of Ningbo Jinhai Chenguang Chemical Co., Ltd., manufactured by LANSI Heavy Equipment Qingdao Company, as well as the cracking reactor for the reform project aimed at improving the efficiency of the wax oil hydrocracking unit at Hengli Petrochemical (Dalian) Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd., have been completed and are ready for shipment. The Ningbo Jinhai Chenguang hydrogenation resin project is a key initiative for the client to develop high-end hydrogenated petroleum resins and achieve import substitution. The weight of each hydrogenation reactor in this project exceeds 400 tons; it is used to carry out hydrogenation saturation reactions of raw materials such as dicyclopentadiene under high temperature, high pressure, and in the presence of catalysts. The reaction/distillation efficiency improvement project for Hengli Petrochemical’s wax oil hydrocracking unit enhances the productivity of high-value products by refining and optimizing the existing core equipment. The cracked reactor that was added as part of the modification is of forge-welded construction, with a double-layer clad inner wall; it has a diameter of 4.3 meters and a weight of over 700 tons. The Qingdao company established a dedicated team to oversee progress and ensure efficient coordination. By optimizing production processes and allocating resources strategically, it improved operational efficiency and successfully completed the manufacturing tasks. This laid a solid foundation for the company’s production and business activities throughout the year, setting a good start for them.
