There are two horizontal heat transfer oil furnaces with three-pass flue gas flow; they use fuel oil that contains silane components. The ash produced after combustion is grayish-white, insoluble in acids and bases, with silica as its main component. In the end, the temperature of the smoke exceeded 500 degrees, leading to severe high-temperature oxidation of the furnace body, and the air preheater became clogged. I would like to ask those with relevant experience how to deal with this situation? How to reduce silicon? What dust remover to use?
