Heat treatment of 316L U-shaped heat exchange tubes

I understand that, in accordance with the new ASME VIII-1-2019 standards, the design temperature for U-shaped heat exchange tubes is 210°C, the design pressure is 2 MPa, the material used is 316L, and such U-shaped tubes with a dimension of 19x2 do not require heat treatment after being cold-formed. Could everyone please help check if my understanding is correct?
316L doesn’t require heat treatment
For the heat treatment requirements of cold forming of 316L, refer to the UHA section.
For UHA-44, in the cold-forming areas where the design temperature is below 580°C (refer to 316), heat treatment is not considered – is that correct?
I understand the content, but I don’t have ASME VIII-1-2019. Could someone please share it with me?:lol;P
