13 high-pressure circulating gas coolers developed by Lanshi Heavy Equipment have been successively completed

Recently, LANSI Heavy Equipment has successively completed the construction of 13 high-pressure circulating gas coolers for the high-circulation system renovation project of Fujian Gulei Petrochemical Co., Ltd.’s 300,000 tons per year EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer) production facility, as well as for the 700,000 tons per year LDPE (low-density polyethylene)–EVA production facility part of Rongsheng New Materials (Zhoushan) Co., Ltd.’s Jintang Island new materials project. These coolers provide the necessary equipment support for the construction of these client projects. The high-pressure circulating gas cooler is a key heat exchange device in the EVA production facility. It operates under conditions of high temperature, high pressure, and exposure to hydrogen over extended periods, which imposes extremely high requirements on material properties, structural design, manufacturing precision, and sealing reliability. Lanshi Heavy Equipment, thanks to its expertise in research, development, and manufacturing of high-pressure thick-walled vessels and shell-and-tube heat exchangers, as well as its strong performance record, was entrusted with the task of developing equipment for the projects at Fujian Gulei Petrochemical and Rongsheng New Materials. During the design and manufacturing process, units such as the sales branch, the R&D and design center, and the heat exchange equipment branch work closely together to meet customer needs, and they accelerate the development timeline through measures such as optimizing processes, adjusting production steps, and coordinating the use of various types of equipment. Currently, 9 units have been completed, with the remaining 4 in the final pressure testing stage. The gradual completion of this batch of equipment has paved the way for a successful start to the company’s production and operational activities in the first quarter. The various units of LANSHI Heavy Equipment will follow the guidance of the company’s strategic planning meetings, continue to optimize production processes and strengthen coordination, and use high-quality energy equipment to help customers’ projects achieve higher productivity and efficiency, thereby striving to write a new chapter in the company’s high-quality development.
