In the user manual for SW6-2011 version 4.0, the section on bearing calculations states that the program uses the maximum value of the horizontal seismic influence coefficient as specified in GB/T 50761 for normal seismic conditions； In the user manual for version 5.0 of SW6-2011, the section on bearing calculations states that the program selects the maximum value of the horizontal seismic influence coefficient in accordance with the seismic design requirements specified in GB/T 50761 ； May I ask where the basis or source for changing from the earthquake frequency to the design earthquake is located?
