GB/T150.2-2011 Pressure Vessels – Part 2: Materials, and Clause 4.1.8 of Amendment 1: The steel plates used for the vessel shell (excluding the plates of multi-layer vessels) shall be subjected to ultrasonic testing on a piece-by-piece basis in accordance with the provisions of Table 3; the methods for ultrasonic testing of steel plates and the corresponding quality grades are specified in JB/T4703.3. According to clause 2.2.1.4 of the Safety Technical Inspection Regulations for Fixed Pressure Vessels, TSG21-2016, regarding the inspection requirements for steel plates: 2.2.1.4.1 Inspection requirements – When carbon steel and low-alloy steel plates with a thickness of 12 mm or more (excluding the plates used in multi-layer pressure vessels) are used to manufacture the main pressure-bearing components of pressure vessels, such plates must undergo ultrasonic testing one by one if they meet either of the following conditions: (1) They are used to contain media with an extremely high or high level of toxicity ; ⑵For use in wet H2S corrosion environments ; ⑶With a design pressure of 10 MPa or greater ; ⑷If the product standards or the designer require ultrasonic testing to be performed on each individual piece. 2.2.1.4.2 Acceptance criteria for testing Ultrasonic testing of steel plates shall be carried out in accordance with NB/T 47013 \"Non-destructive testing of pressure equipment\". Gasket plates that meet items (1) to (3) of clause 2.2.1.4.1 of these regulations shall have a quality grade of not lower than Grade II ; For gaskets that meet item (4) of 2.2.1.4.1 of these regulations, the grade of conformity shall be in accordance with the provisions of the relevant product standards or design documents. Clause 5.3.9.1 of NB/T47013.3 stipulates that the quality grading of steel plates is shown in Tables 6 and 7. Image Image **The Energy Administration approved, via Announcement No. 7 dated May 14, 2018, the 1st amendment to NB/T 47013-2015 \"Non-destructive testing of pressure equipment – Part 3: Ultrasonic testing\", which came into effect on July 1, 2018. Under this amendment, Tables 6 and 7 were modified as follows: Image Image The original Grade I was changed to TI grade, and the original Grade II was changed to Grade I...; in all cases, the grade level was increased by one. Therefore, in design documents or procurement technical specifications, we need to make corresponding modifications to the quality grade requirements for ultrasonic testing of steel plates as specified in GB/T150.2-2011 and TSG 21-2016.
Teacher Huang, it should still be filled out in accordance with the GB/T150 and TSG 21 standards; there’s no need to raise the standard level, right?

It was found that some organizations have lost contact with the provincial container associations. Doesn’t your province have any such association to issue notifications, standards, or manuals?
The 150-bit setting provides a wider range
It should meet the requirements of the original standard; there is no need to raise it by one level. The amendment is intended to ensure consistency between NB/T47013 and the relevant standards.
Without upgrading the grade, NB 47013 already meets higher requirements than those specified for JB 4730
