The \"Regulations on Safety Technical Inspection of Fixed Pressure Vessels\" and its Amendment 1, as well as the \"Regulations on Safety Technical Inspection of Mobile Pressure Vessels\" (second amended in January 2017) and its Amendment 3, impose requirements for type testing on pressure vessels that use new materials. In order to standardize the type testing related to materials used in pressure vessels, our agency has drafted Amendment 1 to the \"Rules for the Approval of Type Testing Institutions for Special Equipment\" (TSG Z7004—2011), and we are now seeking public comments on it. The public can submit feedback through the following methods: 1. Visit the website of the State Administration for Market Regulation (http://www.samr.gov.cn) and submit comments via the \"Suggestion Collection\" section under the \"Interaction\" category on the home page. 2. The public can send their comments via email to jsfgb@csei.org.cn; please indicate in the subject of the email “Amendment No. 1 to the ‘Rules for the Approval of Special Equipment Type Testing Institutions’ (TSG Z7004—2011) (Seeking Comments)”. 3. Send your comments by mail to the Technical Regulations Research Institute of the China Special Equipment Inspection and Testing Academy, No. 2 Xiyuan, Heping Street, Chaoyang District, Beijing (Postal Code: 100029).
