The upgraded version is SW6-2011v4.0. The main modifications and additions in the SW6-2011v4.0 version of the software are as follows: 1. The calculation and verification methods for expansion joints in the software have been revised in accordance with GB/T 16749-2018; calculation methods for two new types of structures, namely \"reinforced U-shaped bellows\" and \"single-layer expansion joints with straight-edge circumferential butt joints\", have been added ; At the same time, the calculations for the two original structures, namely the “unreinforced U-shaped bellows” and the “Ω-shaped bellows”, were modified in accordance with the new standards. 2. The software includes calculations and checks for the supports of vertical containers in accordance with the requirements of NB/T47065-2018. That is, the calculation and verification for four types of supports—leg supports, ear supports, supported supports, and rigid ring supports—have been added to the “vertical vessel” calculation program. 3. For the verification of the axial compressive stress on the tower under seismic and wind loads, since both seismic and wind loads are considered to be short-term actions, the upper limit of applicable temperature for the B value in the verification criteria for the tower’s axial compressive stress is determined in accordance with Table 4-1 in GB150.3, without taking into account the effect of material creep. 4. All previously released patches have been included in the new version of the software.
This is just an installation file; to make use of it, the same procedure as in the previous version applies.
As for how to make use of it, the same approach as in the previous version is followed.
Please, everything else is fine; mine shows that floating-point calculations are invalid when dealing with multiple supports.
There are still issues with the calculation for multiple supports. Because the new version of the calculation interface includes an input for the width of the shimming plate, which causes problems with the previous method, leading to invalid floating-point calculations.
I’d still like to ask how to handle this specifically? Please give me some advice
