I have already said that the reinforcing ring is in the plane of the saddle, and the diameter you calculated is obviously wrong, haha; tell you: Diameter 3200, wall thickness 8, support reaction force 220 kN, 400 degrees Celsius, Q345 material. Later I changed my mind and did not need a reinforcing ring. I could solve the problem by thickening the cylinder to 12 mm and wrapping angle 120 degrees. ; Or the wrapping angle can be 150 degrees, and the cylinder thickness can be 10 degrees.

There is flue gas inside, and the dust concentration in the flue gas is high. If the reinforcing ring is installed inside, it will cause serious wear and tear, so it is not suitable to install reinforcing components inside.

Saw it. I also have your questions now. We are now planning to wrap the corners of the saddle pad and ribs, but not weld the web. Probably the lower 150-degree part is reinforced by the saddle, and the rest is welded with grooved steel rims.
