Fluctuations in the power grid cause sensitive equipment in enterprises to stop operating, which severely disrupts the continuity of production and leads to serious environmental and safety issues, resulting in heavy losses for these enterprises. Therefore, to ensure the continuous and stable operation of such sensitive equipment, many operational enterprises have adopted disturbance-free rapid switching devices to effectively upgrade their on-site dual-power supply systems against power fluctuations. This enables seamless and rapid switching between the two power sources, preventing equipment shutdowns and shocks while maintaining the continuity and stability of the production process. To facilitate operation and data reading, as well as to ensure safety by preventing accidental activation, it is advisable to install such devices on the panels in the secondary control room located at the upper level of the switchgear cabinet. The DCM635 series is currently the smallest quick-switching device available on the market; its front panel measures 266 mm in length and 146 mm in width, while the depth of the device is 210.5 mm. It can be installed on the panels of switchgear cabinets or busbar cabinets in secondary control rooms. Its compact design helps to save installation space, making it particularly suitable for renovation projects where the available space for openings in the switchgear cabinets is limited.
