Dear experts, I have a tower here (newly manufactured, no heat treatment required), and I want to weld a safety frame directly onto the tower body. What standards should I follow? Should testing be done after welding, and what percentage of the work needs to be tested? No corresponding regulatory support can be found. I’m quite worried.
