Does anyone have any drawings of vertical ladders for large storage tanks? Can we refer to the 40m3 straight ladder in the standard atlas to make it? And is the ladder welded on site or prefabricated on the tank wall?
You can refer to it. As for on-site welding, it still needs to be prefabricated. It depends on the material and specific manufacturing requirements of your tank.

The storage tank is a normal pressure and normal temperature fire water tank, made of Q235B. Can it be welded on site?
Large storage tanks generally use inclined ladders. I have never seen large storage tanks using straight ladders. Inclined ladders are usually equipped with a rest platform in the middle. The inclined ladder is prefabricated and welded on the ground on site, and then installed on the tank wall.
Thank you for your reply. Also, the tank wall is 9 meters high. Is there any requirement on the number of supports required for the welding of the ladder and the tank wall? I saw that the number and detailed drawings of supports are omitted in GB4035.1, and it is only mentioned in 5.1 that at least 2 supports are welded.
Thank you for your reply. It means that they are all rigid and inclined ladders, right? I don’t know what Party A’s considerations were. When making a winding ladder, they said they considered the materials used, but the inclined ladder would also be made of waste materials, so a straight ladder should be used. I am currently combining the straight ladder method with GB4053 on the reference tower equipment. I don’t know if it is possible.
