Have you encountered any cases of vibration in heat exchangers? How was it solved? Please come and share your experience. If the sharing is successful, it is recommended that the moderators offer a generous reward.

The non-condensable gases were not completely emitted.
I’ve encountered it a few times. In vertically installed U-tube heat exchangers, vibration occurs due to insufficient overall preheating of the equipment when steam is introduced onto the shell side at too fast a rate during startup and load adjustment; as a result, indentations are formed inside the shell caused by the baffle plates of the tubes, requiring repair through welding
Is the poster referring to the design stage, or is it the case that the heat exchanger has already been manufactured and vibrations occur during use?
