Currently, plate heat exchangers used in China are generally those produced by Siping Juyuan, while Alfa Laval’s heat exchangers are less common. For users in China, what is the overall cost of such plate heat exchangers?
We’re just about to install it; we’ll provide feedback after using it!
There are many heat exchanger manufacturers in China; those who need them can contact me at QQ 240031801
For water-to-water heat exchange, ordinary manufacturers are sufficient; for more demanding operating conditions, Alfa Laval is a better choice. After all, the losses resulting from unplanned shutdowns due to plate exchangers far exceed the cost difference associated with those exchangers. You get what you pay for – high-quality products may be expensive to buy but save money in terms of operational costs.
Agreed, you get what you pay for – that’s absolutely true. Alfa Laval plate heat exchangers are of good quality, but they are expensive
Alfa Laval products are now also manufactured in China. High price does not necessarily mean excellence, but Alfa Laval is indeed a benchmark in the heat exchanger industry; there are many manufacturers in China who do excellent work as well. Our brand is Paiste. If you are interested, feel free to add me on QQ at 540469271
The heat exchange efficiency is indeed better than that of domestic products, with a unit price of around 1800
The plate-fin type of stainless steel heat exchanger offers better performance; the plate type is formed by stamping, while the plate-fin type consists of a layer of flat plates with fins welded to them, which increases the heat exchange area and enhances reliability.
Contact me; I have basically all the styles of foreign brands, which meet the interchangeability standards ;P
Keep boasting then – Juyuan in Siping is the only one for plate heat exchangers in China that you seem to have seen too little of; in fact, all plate heat exchangers in China are the same, no matter which manufacturer they come from! What you say can only be described as Lanxi being the best – after all, they were the first in China to develop plate heat exchangers! AFLA’s panels are indeed good; this is also a testament to the quality of their products compared to those made by counterfeit manufacturers
:Lol, I don’t compare with AFLA; we only deal with gas-to-gas heat exchange
