The pressure drop is one of the key issues in heat exchanger calculations; asking such a general question makes it seem like something that a simple company could handle. The heat exchanger should have a pressure drop specified in the design documents, rather than having the person responsible for selecting the pump calculate it. Besides, the person in charge of matching pumps is generally not counted either—it’s very complicated.
