Is there any rule stating that tube end ammonia leak testing and helium leak testing must be carried out after the hydrostatic test?
Additionally, according to GB150.4, the leakage test must be carried out only after the pressure resistance test is successful; therefore, are ammonia-based and helium-based leakage tests necessarily part of the leakage inspection requirements specified in GB150?

Ammonia leak detection or helium leak detection are two different methods for detecting leaks. Leak testing is carried out after the hydrostatic test is successful; there’s no need to explain this, as doing it before the hydrostatic test is pointless. The main purpose of water pressure testing is to evaluate strength, and incidentally to check density as well. Leak detection is primarily aimed at checking for tightness. Since these molecules are smaller than water molecules, even if the water pressure meets the requirements, the leak detection test may not yield positive results. Therefore, leak detection should be carried out after applying water pressure, and doing so eliminates any risk related to strength. :)
