In GB/T 151-2014, what are the structural types of tube sheets? How were their mechanical models determined respectively?
The commonly used types are mainly divided into flange-mounted tube sheets, welded tube sheets, and clamped tube sheets; their specific structural forms and welding methods can be found in Appendix I of GB/T151-2014
The calculation model should be one of those shown in Figure 7-3 of GB/T151-2014

These two questions originated from inquiries made by experts in pressure vessel design renewal from other organizations. I feel the scope is quite broad, so I’d like to ask everyone for their advice. I think 7.4.4-6 and 7.4.10 in GB/T151-2014 are mechanical models, as mentioned in 7.4.1.3, along with appendices K, L, and M, which also represent 4 mechanical models. I’m not sure if there are any more fundamental and in-depth materials; I earnestly ask those with more experience for their guidance.
According to his proposal, structural classification is definitely related to the computational models, so I personally think it should be based on those models or classifications that were mentioned. That is, those BCE types in SW6

As for the calculation model of the tube sheet, the central tube holes are not considered; the tube sheet is simplified to a circular plate, with either simply supported or fixedly supported edges. Regarding the connection methods, refer to section 151 for details :)
