This is a nickel-based brazed finned tube heat exchanger, and our company has achieved domestic production of such finned tubes.
This product was localized in China as early as 2001; you can check out the forum link provided in my signature for more information. However, just by looking at the photos, it can be seen that the product was manufactured using the original first-generation process, and the quality of processing is poor in terms of the contact between the finished fins and the inner tube. It should also be noted that if only the Ingersoll Rand tube bundles are replaced, this equipment generally needs to be replaced again after about three years. Other tactics need to be considered.
