Can the tubular heating furnace be delivered as a complete unit?

This post was last edited by wanyiwan on 2018-10-4 at 10:17. Can a tubular heating furnace (with a diameter of 4M, a height of 30M, and a heat load of 3.04MW) be supplied as a complete unit? Transport it to the site as a whole and lift it directly.
Basically, it’s fine. A small number of accessories need to be installed on-site.
It’s definitely very difficult to have everything delivered as a single unit. Let’s say the height is 40 meters – in that case, the chimney and the heating furnace would have to be separate. Just think about it: where can you find a vehicle that is 40 meters long, with such extreme dimensions in terms of width, length, and height? ?
What’s the problem? There are examples of industrial furnaces that are taller than 40 meters and that are delivered as complete units.
It can be delivered as a complete unit, and no crane is required at the site; it can be transported directly to its intended position on the foundation using an SPMT (Self-propelled modular transporter), a self-propelled hydraulic flatbed truck.

Modular projects are suitable for areas abroad, by the sea (islands), or in regions where the supply chain is inadequate (such as deserts).
