Generally, fertilizer raw materials have a low pH value, making it easy to granulate the finished product but difficult to dry it
At low pH, it has high viscosity and tends to form clumps, but the moisture is difficult to remove
Before slurry granulation, the degree of neutralization is generally used to assess the granulation process. The higher the degree of neutralization, the more difficult it is to achieve granulation; in such cases, substances like sulfuric acid need to be added to help form particles. The lower the degree of neutralization, the easier it is to granulate. However, the drying capacity of the resulting product needs to be improved； If it is a mixture, the components are added in proportion, with an effort to keep the pH at a neutral level; an economical operating range can be chosen between granulation and drying.
It has a low pH value, good viscosity, forms balls easily with a high balling rate, which can increase yield; this also indicates that it is a material with excellent properties.
