90° elbow, long radius, BE, SS ASTM A403-WP321-W/100% X-RAY inspection, with a treatment of W/S2 for at least 4 hours at 1650F; ASME B16.9, S-20MM. What does W/S2 mean in this fitting? What does \"at least 4 hours at 1650F\" mean? Is this a welded fitting or a seamless one? Thank you all for your help
