The prevailing transaction prices of methanol plants in the vicinity of Shijiazhuang, Hebei, have dropped by 20–50 yuan per ton, reaching 2680–2700 yuan per ton, with payment made via bank transfer by the factories ； In the Tangshan area of Hebei, the ex-factory quotes from major local methanol producers have decreased by 50 yuan per ton, now standing at 2,700 yuan per ton on a CIF basis ； There are currently no reference prices available for methanol in the Wen’an area of Hebei. Negotiations in the methanol market in Henan region have declined, with many buyers adopting a wait-and-see attitude. Quotations from Henan-based enterprises remain stable, with a factory-level reference price of 2,730 yuan per ton on a CIF basis ； The reference price for the Luoyang market is 2,650–2,680 yuan per ton, in cash upon delivery from the warehouse. The trading range for methanol in the Anhui region is around 2,740–2,750 yuan per ton, ex-factory and on credit; the market has an ample supply of goods, and transactions were moderate at the beginning of the week. Offers for methanol in the Two Lakes region have declined, while buyers remain cautious. Hubei-based companies offer stable prices; the actual ex-factory price is around 2700–2800 yuan per ton, with payment made via bank transfer ； In the Hunan market, the quoted price is approximately 2,860–2,880 yuan per ton, delivered on a spot cash basis. The methanol market in Fujian offers prices of around 2,820–2,880 yuan per ton for cash delivery, with moderate demand.
