Who else understands the production of synthetic ammonia using residue oil?

Let me introduce myself; we work for CNPC. We used to be very strong back in the day, but now our production processes are outdated and there are bottlenecks in production. The parameters of these processes are constantly changed arbitrarily, and when problems occur, the blame is shifted to the equipment. I’m asking those of you who know something about the residue oil system: what issues might arise after 16 years of operation, and what should be paid attention to? Who else knows something about Peroni plunger pumps?
Gas oil is used to produce syngas; some facilities have switched to gasification, while others have stopped operating due to competition from coal-based chemical industries. The pump should be universal, but unfortunately I’m not an equipment specialist.
