The quoted price for methanol by the Shandong Alliance has been reduced by 100 yuan per ton to 2,800 yuan per ton, on a works basis with cash payment. The plant with a capacity of 250,000+250,000+250,000 tons per year is operating at low load. The price of methanol produced by Yizhou Technology has been reduced by 60 yuan per ton, to 2,800 yuan per ton; payments are made via bank transfer. The methanol production facility utilizing coke oven gas with a capacity of 150,000+150,000 tons per year is operating steadily, with a daily production volume of around 800 tons. For Lianhong Chemical (formerly Xinneng Fenghuang), there are no new methanol prices at present. Yankuang Guohong has reduced its external pricing for methanol by 50 yuan per ton, to 2,800 yuan per ton for cash payment at the factory; its 640,000 tons per year coal-based methanol production facility operates with three reactors, producing around 2,100 tons per day.
