In the first half of this year, Hubei Fertilizer Company focused on improving quality and efficiency while seizing market opportunities; by increasing the stability of plant operations and expanding the liquid ammonia filling capacity, its liquid ammonia production rose by 32.2% compared to the previous year. Both the daily production and sales volumes reached record levels, contributing significantly to sustainable development. To improve the stability of the equipment, the company has strengthened the daily end-of-day review meetings, focusing on key areas and weak points in production, identifying deficiencies and taking action to address them, ensuring that tasks are completed on the same day. These efforts are also extended to the operations department, with an emphasis on working directly at the site ； Carry out in-depth activities aimed at achieving excellence, identifying potential hazards and defects, and preventing accidents; enter such hazards into the EM system promptly to establish a PDCA closed-loop management system, ensuring that hazards are eliminated without delay. The company has also added an additional liquid ammonia filling line, and improved the management of production, filling, and transportation processes to ensure seamless coordination, thereby significantly boosting its liquid ammonia filling capacity. In addition, the company takes measures such as actively exploring markets outside the province, sharing market and production information with affiliated units, and working overtime to meet customers’ delivery needs, in order to ensure rapid loading and shipment, prevent backlogs in production and overfilling of tanks, and maintain the safe and stable operation of the equipment under high loads.
