Hongda Co., Ltd. to Build a Green Ecological Fertilizer Project Author/Source: Sinochem New Network Date: 2020-03-11 Clicks: 45 Recently, Sichuan Hongda Co., Ltd. announced its intention to build a project for producing 100,000 tons per year of high-purity phosphorus-based green ecological fertilizers. It is understood that the project requires an investment of 51 million yuan. Located within the Hongda Shares phosphate chemical industry complex in Shifang City, it involves technical upgrades to the existing 10,000 tons per year refined ammonium phosphate production line and 100,000 tons per year powdered ammonium phosphate production line. Additional facilities such as neutralization systems, filtration systems, crystallization systems, drying systems, product homogenization units, and automatic packaging systems will be installed, thereby creating two sets of 50,000 tons per year production lines for high-purity phosphorus-based green ecological fertilizers, namely ammonium phosphate. Upon completion of the project, Hongda Co., Ltd.’s annual production capacity for monoammonium phosphate will reach 100,000 tons.
