Sanning Chemical Achieves Zero Discharge of Gutter Water Through Technical Upgrades Author/Source: Date: 2021-12-10 Clicks: 9 Recently, the air separation workshop of Sanning Chemical’s new materials division managed to achieve zero discharge of gutter water by adding just one collection water pump to each of the equipment units and backup systems. By adding a water collection tank to each of the two air separation units and the backup system, this workshop collects the wastewater from the air compressors as well as the overflow water from the bath-type vaporizers. An additional water pump was installed on each of these tanks, allowing the collected water from the two air separation units to be pumped back to Station 1 for normal circulating water use. The deionized water used in the backup water-bath vaporizer has high quality, while the collected water is returned to Station 5 for clean circulating water use. The devices that have found their proper place and the backup drainage systems are reused, turning waste into treasure.
