Guizhou Hongsheng/Xinjiang Yihua are optimizing the performance of their gasification units. The circulating fluidized bed gasifier used in Guizhou Hongsheng’s ammonia production facility was ignited on May 18, 2020, to begin hot-state commissioning. The oxygen-enriched fluidized bed oxidation furnace at Xinjiang Yihua was ignited on September 6. Both units utilize a Zhonghe gasification circulating fluidized bed. According to Zhonghe Gasification’s report on National Day 2020, the Hongsheng and Yihua projects have entered the trial production phase, with their operational load and various performance indicators showing steady improvement. At present, the system operation verification has been completed, and efforts are being made in collaboration with the client to optimize performance and improve cost efficiency.
