In the Luoyang market, the quoted prices increased to 1,600 yuan per ton in cash terms, with transactions mainly being on a small-scale basis through negotiation. Local supply is tight, prices are rising, and corporate sentiment remains supported. In the methanol market of northern Jiangsu, prices rose by 50–60 yuan per ton, reaching around 1670–1680 yuan per ton in cash terms; the market trend was upward, and the tight supply situation in the surrounding areas supported corporate optimism. The methanol market in the Two Lakes region has seen an overall rise. Hubei-based companies have raised their quotes; the reference price is 1,750–1,810 yuan per ton in cash terms, while the actual price at the factory is around 1,750 yuan per ton in cash terms ； Affected by the rising prices in surrounding areas, the price in the Hunan market has risen to 1,920–1,950 yuan per ton, with many buyers adopting a wait-and-see attitude.
