In particular, the R-GAS gasifier developed through cooperation between the group company and foreign enterprises enables companies to make effective use of Shanxi’s coal as a raw material, taking advantage of cost advantages to enhance their competitive edge. At the same time, Huayang Group’s existing coal chemical industry chain established in Shanxi Province, along with its newly developed new materials projects, provide the upstream raw material sources needed for this cooperation and create downstream application scenarios. It is hoped that both sides will continue to maintain communication, actively expand cooperation opportunities in the field of new materials, and enable high-quality cooperation to drive the high-quality development of both parties. This is another important measure taken by Yangmei Group to drive high-quality transformation and development, and to serve as a gateway for foreign investment in eastern Shanxi, by leveraging its geographical advantages and those associated with being a large-scale enterprise. It is reported that the “China Nagu Industrial Park” is an innovation hub designed by Yangquan Coal Group to attract talent, expertise, and new ideas, as part of its efforts to accelerate the structural transformation from old to new forms of energy. It serves as an industrial park for developing new projects, products, and technologies. The Yangquan Bonded Logistics Center (Type B) and cross-border e-commerce project, the first to be established in the \"China Nage Valley Industrial Park,\" were built through a partnership between Yangmei Group, Yangquan City, and related enterprises. Upon completion, this project will give rise to five key industrial sectors: complete automobile vehicles and spare parts, cross-border e-commerce, the coal mining industry, the electronic information industry, and the cultural and creative industries. It will have three functions: bonded logistics, bonded processing, and bonded services. It will also enable companies to receive tax refunds for exported products within the zone, while import goods do not need to be taxed upon entering the zone, thereby effectively reducing the time required for export customs procedures and tax refunds, alleviating the financial pressure on companies. At the same time, it will help promote the development of domestic e-commerce delivery services in Yangquan. It is reported that once completed, this project is expected to generate an annual output value for the export-oriented economy of over 20 billion yuan, as well as profits and taxes in the hundreds of millions of yuan. It will create more than 2,000 job opportunities. Meanwhile, it will provide efficient logistics services for the transformation and development of Yangquan City and Shanxi Province, contributing to the transformation of their resource-based economies.
