These projects cover the entire hydrogen industry chain, including hydrogen production, hydrogen-related equipment, hydrogen refueling stations, fuel cells, vehicle manufacturing, application demonstrations, and technical research. 　　The notice requires that all regions in Hebei should support enterprises in completing the relevant procedures as soon as possible, promote the development of hydrogen energy in a proactive and prudent manner tailored to local conditions, and strengthen management to ensure the safety of hydrogen energy projects. Relevant government departments should promptly handle procedures such as planning and site selection, land use, environmental impact assessment, and safety assessments for enterprises, thereby providing necessary support for project construction; they should also coordinate and resolve issues that arise during project construction to accelerate the progress of preliminary work. At the same time, the notice encourages cities (counties) such as Tangshan, Handan, and Dingzhou to take advantage of their industrial by-product hydrogen resources and carry out demonstrations of hydrogen energy applications in a manner suited to local conditions. 　　The reporter learned from the list that several chemical enterprises in Hebei have begun to develop projects in the hydrogen energy sector. Among them, Hebei Xuyang Energy Co., Ltd. is carrying out a project to upgrade hydrogen purification and filling technologies, with an investment of 30 million yuan aimed at building a hydrogen purification system for coke oven exhaust gases, with commissioning planned for 2020. The company also plans to collaborate with Dingzhou Development Zone Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. and others to develop an energy refueling facility that combines five functions in one. 　　Hebei Hugang Chemical Co., Ltd. is constructing the first phase of the Tangshan hydrogenation demonstration station and the first phase of the Handan hydrogenation demonstration station, with commissioning scheduled for 2020; it also plans to build a new project for producing hydrogen from coke oven gas along with LNG. 　　In addition, the Shijiazhuang Circular Chemical Industry Park plans to develop projects for the comprehensive utilization of hydrogen energy. The developer is Jinmei Jinshi Chemical Group Company, which intends to utilize hydrogen that has been purified as a result of industrial operations to apply hydrogen energy in various ways. A hydrogen refueling station will also be built to enable the use of hydrogen instead of traditional fuels for vehicles used for commuting and logistics within the park.
