Qualification requirements for bidders 3.1 Qualification requirements for bidders (1) The bidder must be a registered supplier on the Chemical Cloud Procurement Network. (2) The bidding entity must have independent legal person status and other relevant qualifications. (3) It should have good bank credit and commercial reputation. (4) The Tendering Law of the People’s Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations shall be complied with. (5) Provide proof of good operational performance in a related industry for at least 3 years. (6) Manufacturers that possess the qualifications to produce pressure vessels (provide a pressure vessel production license). 3.2 Bidders shall not fall under any of the following circumstances: (1) Being the same person as the person in charge of another bidder for this project. (2) There is a direct controlling relationship with other bidders for this project. (3) Having a management relationship with other bidders for this project.
