The methanol price in the Panjin area remains stable at 1,570 yuan per ton, ex-warehouse; in the Shenyang area, it stays at 1,750 yuan per ton, ex-warehouse. Traders are able to sell their goods fairly well, while downstream companies are currently focusing on stockpiling. In the Qinghai region this week, the prevailing price of methanol remained stable at 1,370 yuan per ton on a EXW basis with cash payment. Prices are negotiable in practice, and the transaction atmosphere is favorable. The prevailing transaction price in Linfen, Shanxi remains stable at 1,500–1,530 yuan per ton, delivered in cash ； The offline price in the Changzhi area is 1,650 yuan per ton, with cash payment upon delivery ； In the Jincheng region, the prevailing transaction price decreased by 20 yuan per ton to 1,590 yuan per ton on a spot cash basis ； The Lüliang area is bidding on that house ； In the Yuncheng area, the price remains stable at 1,530–1,700 yuan per ton, with delivery against cash payment. The methanol market in Henan is fluctuating downward, with small-scale transactions at lower prices. Some enterprises in Henan have lowered their quotes; the actual ex-factory price is around 1630–1680 yuan per ton, while in the Luoyang market the quoted price is around 1670–1680 yuan per ton. The prevailing price of methanol in the Anhui region has dropped by 20–30 yuan per ton, reaching 1760–1770 yuan per ton upon delivery on credit. With the National Day approaching, market activity is low and trading is limited. Quotations for methanol in the Two Lakes region have declined. The quotes from the key enterprises in Hubei have been reduced, while those from other enterprises remain stable; the reference price at the factory is 1820–1840 yuan per ton ； The reference price for the Hunan market is 1,960–2,020 yuan per ton. The methanol market in Fujian region has declined; prices at major storage areas have dropped by 30–40 yuan per ton, with prices ranging around 1890–1950 yuan per ton including taxes. There are only a few small transactions taking place, and the atmosphere for negotiations is generally mediocre.
