Recently, the Compression Workshop of Jinfeng Coal Chemical Wenxi has intensified its efforts in equipment inspection and maintenance to ensure the safe and stable operation of the air separation unit, thereby providing support for the 004th test run of the Jinhang furnace. The air separation position in the compression workshop is one of the most critical and important positions in the 1# ammonia synthesis system; it is also an essential part of the commissioning process of the Jinhang furnace. The 004th test run of the Jinhang furnace is approaching, and all staff in the workshop have mobilized to ensure that the work site is in good condition while also conducting a thorough inspection of the equipment’s operation status. Special attention was paid to the performance of the oxygen compressors, as well as the 1,000-cubic-meter and 2,000-cubic-meter air compressors, along with various valves. By wiping and maintaining the production equipment once again, tightening any loose screws on the equipment’s pipelines, replacing the bearing pads of the nitrogen compressor, and applying lubricant, various measures are taken to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the equipment, thereby contributing positively to the testing of Jinhang Furnace 004.
