Chengda Design employs an improved CO2 stripping process technology; during operation, the levels of total nitrogen, biuret, and water meet the standards for top-quality products, yet the appearance quality is relatively poor. It reduces the rate of high-quality products. This is specifically manifested in aspects such as high dust content, low particle size of the packaging, and low compressive strength. What are the main advantages of that improved version? Consumption?
A few questions. 1. Poor appearance quality refers to being irregular in shape or having a large number of fragments ； 2. What is the current status of the blanking temperature? ； 3. Is the scraper severely stuck (if so)? ； 4. Has the granulation nozzle been thoroughly inspected?
