Hello everyone, I just have a question. The P-30306 in the picture is a 100×80 pipeline. The orange one is DN100 and the blue one is DN80. The problem is that the working pressure of the gas flowing through the pipeline is different. The orange one is 0.93Mpa and the blue one is 0.6Mpa. I don’t quite understand. Shouldn’t the working pressure be the same? Because the gas is a compressible fluid and does not follow the Bernoulli equation. Can you please give me some advice?

In the example you mentioned, the diameters of the two colors of pipes are different. The larger the diameter, the smaller the pressure loss, and the smaller the diameter, the greater the pressure loss. Relatively speaking, the DN100 pipe diameter is larger and the pressure loss is smaller, so the pressure is higher at 0.93Mpa, while the DN80 pipe diameter is smaller and the pressure loss is larger, so the pressure is lower at 0.6Mpa. In addition, gas flow is also affected by many other factors, such as the shape, roughness, length, and flow rate of the pipe. Therefore, the working pressure of gas in the pipeline is not necessarily exactly the same, and will vary due to the influence of many factors. .
