Class A/B atmospheric storage tanks already have breather valves and nitrogen purge systems; now pressure relief manholes or rupture discs need to be added. In which regulations can I find the corresponding requirements? Thank you
Article 6.2.19 of GB50160; refer to the explanatory notes for the relevant provisions
The SH3007 storage and transportation tank area regulations also contain such requirements; section 5.1.5 stipulates that storage tanks whose protection systems use nitrogen or other inert gases must be equipped with emergency pressure relief devices

It was explained very clearly on the 4th floor. However, when selecting an accident relief device, one should choose only those with positive pressure discharge functionality; avoid devices that have a suction function (i.e., breathing vents). This is because if such suction functionality is present, in order to prevent external hazards from entering the equipment, a flame arrestor must also be added to the relief device. As a result, in the event of a fire, this will hinder pressure release inside the tank, which is counterproductive. Additionally, the accident mainly occurs in a fire scenario, where gas release is in one direction outward, so there is no need to consider an inhalation function.
