On April 8, the signing ceremony for the EPC general contract and financing cooperation agreement for the project to produce 200,000 tons of LNG and high-purity hydrogen from coker gas at Jinding Iron and Steel Group was held at SCD Chemical Co., Ltd. in China. This agreement represents the formal implementation of cooperation between Saiding and Jinding Coal Coking, following numerous technical exchanges and preliminary projects together; it is also another example of the deep partnership between Saiding and Guohua Leasing in the field of integrating industry and finance. Drawing on their respective strengths, all parties reached a consensus on a full-chain cooperation model of \"technology + engineering + finance\" for the high-value utilization of coke oven gas, laying a solid foundation for the successful implementation of the project. The company is undertaking the EPC general contracting task for this project, which includes key process units such as coke oven gas pretreatment, TSA purification, methanation, cryogenic separation for LNG production, and high-purity hydrogen purification – all of which are crucial elements in determining the value of the project’s industrial chain. The company will leverage its technical expertise in coke oven gas methanization and cryogenic separation, and draw on the experience gained from dozens of similar installations over the years to optimize processes, thereby improving energy efficiency and reducing energy consumption. A leadership team headed by the general manager was established, a specialized project department was formed, and long-term procurement for key equipment was initiated. Adopt a three-level quality standard, implement full-process control, and strive to create high-quality projects.
