At 50°C, its viscosity is just right for discharging (the higher the temperature, the thinner the material becomes; however, discharging at excessively high temperatures poses risks). I use a stainless steel vacuum dryer, and the containers for holding the materials are stainless steel plates. After each batch of reaction is completed, the materials are placed directly on these plates; since they solidify when the temperature drops below 40 degrees, it’s quite troublesome to handle them each time. I’m hoping to get some advice from all of you – are there any good ways to release the materials quickly and safely?
Use nitrogen pressure; I’ve done it with 571 before, and the residue becomes viscous at the end – trying nitrogen might work
Well, the reactor is filled with nitrogen, so the material can be taken out of it. But putting it directly onto a plate right now is slow and dangerous; is there any good way to transfer it onto a plate?
Since the material forms large hard clumps during the drying process, a vacuum dryer is currently being used, followed by crushing
It can be placed in an open container first and then scooped onto a tray with a spoon; this is somewhat more troublesome
No drying oven needed; use a pusher scraper centrifuge
Create a relatively airtight dish (sealed when receiving material, and can be opened when not in use), and fill it with nitrogen.
