Currently, many fertilizer factories, petrochemical plants, and coking plants are unable to handle the sulfur paste resulting from desulfurization processes; they are forced to pay subsidies to have others remove this material from the plants for disposal. If new environmental regulations classify sulfur paste as solid waste, then sulfur can only be processed within the plants themselves. A new purification process for sulfur paste has been developed to address this issue – this process uses air lift technology to extract 99.9% pure industrial-grade sulfur, with no waste residues or liquids generated, and at a low cost of around 300 yuan per ton. Currently, the price of sulfur is 1300 yuan per ton, indicating broad market prospects. Continuous production of this sulfur is already possible. (Processing various sulfur ointments).
Hello, could we exchange contact information so we can communicate? I’m interested in investing in this project
This technology is not yet mature, and the cost of using the evaporation crystallization process is too high
Regardless of the processing method used, it is not easy to obtain sulfur of high purity through sulfur paste; the effort required for specialized processing is not worth it. The simplest approach is to simply melt it into crude sulfur blocks and sell them to users who can work with sulfur of lower purity.
What is the hourly processing capacity for sulfur ointment?
