Just increase the concrete grade a bit; resin flooring is not wear-resistant.

It can be used; all resins are not resistant to ultraviolet rays, it depends on where you plan to use it.
For loading and unloading areas, a concrete floor is sufficient; if there is a risk of material leakage, then fiberglass-reinforced plastic should be used for corrosion protection.
Because ultraviolet rays have a short wavelength and high energy, your skin darkens. Organisms have no immunity to such high-energy substances; ultraviolet rays can break the bonds in organisms, resulting in aging. What differs among various materials is that some have high bond energies while others have low ones, and therefore the time it takes for them to age and become ineffective varies. Africans are likely to be more resistant to ultraviolet rays than we are.
Don’t use epoxy resin; wear-resistant, acid-resistant bricks will do.
