A first-class chemical design institute owned by a private enterprise in Shandong Province, with around 100 to 150 employees. Since the second half of last year, there have been no projects with a contract value of over 1 million, and now salaries have been cut across the board. It is understood that several design firms in the same industry are also having a tough time. How’s things on your end?
It seems that many design institutes (engineering companies) are having a tough time, especially those without an in-house market.
Design institutes are really good. Haha
The salary level in regular design firms is similar to that of factory workers; the only difference is that there is no shift work, but overtime is required
