Why is nitrogen used to displace air at the start of operation, and what is its purpose?
From a safety perspective, nitrogen does not readily react with other substances. Prevent various flammable and explosive situations from occurring at the start of operations. From an economic perspective, it is easier to obtain compared to other inert gases such as nitrogen.
Prevent process gases from mixing with air to reach the explosive limit
