Oxygen, odors – the gas contains a small amount of moisture. I have used Emerson Allen-Bradley and FCI Thermal Mass products, and I encounter significant fluctuations. Do any experts have any good recommendations or solutions?
For measuring the flow rate of gases containing water vapor, ultrasonic flowmeters can be considered. Ultrasonic flowmeters have advantages such as being non-invasive, less prone to clogging, and offering high measurement accuracy. In cases where the gas contains water vapor, ultrasonic flowmeters equipped with temperature and humidity sensors can be used to simultaneously measure the gas flow rate, temperature, and humidity. Additionally, the gas can be dried before measurement to reduce the impact of water vapor. .
I’m not sure about the turbine, but this device needs to be calibrated frequently

By combining differential pressure, density, and frequency signal acquisition with the △p equation, the pressure loss in two-phase flow is minimized; simultaneously, an integrated gauge is used to calculate, manage, display, and output the mass flow rates of both real gases and water vapor.
Why can’t Ainiuba be measured? Any issues with the sampling tube installation? Is water stored?
Is it because the original moisture variation was already quite large that such significant changes occur?
External ultrasonic clamping has requirements regarding gas pressure, and there are currently no cases of measuring low-pressure gases
