Which manufacturers produce domestically-made acid- and alkali-resistant, corrosion-proof ultrasonic level gauges? Everyone is welcome to share their opinions!
Our factory uses Guda instruments, but they are too expensive.
Using ultrasound for acids is not suitable, as acid mist makes it difficult for the waves to penetrate; radar could be an option. If it’s a branded product from a well-known manufacturer, it should work fine. The NIVLCO brand products are also passable for use
This is dilute sulfuric acid; there’s very little acid mist
Including the imported ones, none of them work well.
Ultrasonic level gauges can be used for hydrochloric acid tanks; however, they are affected by dew formation, and this issue can be resolved by wiping them regularly.
