Please recommend a type of valve

I work in automation. The customer needs a discharge valve that is manual, equipped with a solenoid valve, and connected via a cable to a button that can be used to open and close it. The customer requires that this type of valve open slowly, and not all at once like a shut-off valve. Since there is a large amount of material in the reactor, opening it all at once is unsafe; it needs to be opened slowly when necessary. I don’t know where such a valve can be found, nor what its name is. I hope some experts can give me some advice. Thank you so much

For safety reasons, the valve here should be of the air-operated type. A piston-type cylinder is used as the pneumatic actuator, and a damper that allows adjustment of the exhaust volume is installed at the cylinder’s exhaust port, thereby enabling slow opening of the valve.
