I work in the manufacturing field and would like to understand how valves work. There are some accessories I’m not familiar with; please tell me the names and functions of the accessories connected to the black valve below, as well as those connected to the tee joint located between the black valve and the solenoid valve

One of our instrument engineers kept misleading me, saying that there was no exhaust air on the side of the cylinder where air was being introduced.

I don’t understand that there is an additional gas circuit at a later stage; since I study chemical engineering, I’m not familiar with instruments, and I’d like to learn more about them
